Kaspersky, an industry leader in endpoint protection, has been recognized as a 2021 Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Protection Platforms by Gartner following a customer rating of 4.7 out of 5. 96% of customers also said they were willing to recommend the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business product. Kaspersky is one of only 3 vendors named a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice in the latest round of recognition for both the EPP and EDR markets. Kaspersky has been named a Customers’ Choice all four years that the recognition has been acknowledged by Gartner.

New Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud keeps sensitive cloud data safe
The new version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud now provides visibility and control over corporate files containing personally identifiable information (PII) or bank card details stored in Microsoft 365 applications. The product detects such files, so IT security managers can make sure that they are stored according to corporate policy and, more importantly, cannot be accessed from outside of the company.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud demonstrated 100% efficiency against ransomware attacks, according to a recent assessment by AV-TEST. As a result of three different scenarios and 113 attack samples, the product didn’t lose a single user file and outran 10 different cybersecurity vendors.

AV-TEST study confirms Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud prevents accidental leakage of 100% of sensitive data
According to a recent assessment by AV-TEST, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud shows 100% efficiency in detecting files floating in Microsoft 365 applications that contain German Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or bank card details. This information allows security managers to see who has access to PII and ensures that customer data isn’t at risk of being exposed. The test’s positive results scored higher than the in-built security solution in Microsoft 365 E5.

Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security enhances protection for Linux and delivers security management as a service
Kaspersky unveils updates to two of its applications in the Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security protection solution for virtualization and cloud environments – Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux and Kaspersky Security Center management console. The new version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux hardens defenses from exploits and ransomware attacks. It also extends protection for DevOps with support for new containerization environments and more native delivery of protection mechanisms for Docker containers. The Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console now works with public cloud platforms to enable more convenient management of cloud workload protection.
